Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to develop and execute business growth plans at key strategic accounts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing innovative sales approaches to drive revenue and profitability growth.
  • Maintaining and growing the existing customer base while increasing focus on pursuing and investing in new high-value accounts.
  • Collaborating with Rambus Interface IP and Security BU marketing to develop account strategies based on market analysis and customer segmentation.
  • Building processes to understand customer current/future requirements and align Rambus' product development, manufacturing capabilities, and investment strategy.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • BSEE / MSEE or equivalent degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor sales, customer engagement, or field marketing and technical support.
  • Practical experience in semiconductor IP, Foundry, ASIC, and EDA tools.
  • Experience with Security IP, SerDes, Memory IP, broad array of Interface IPs, and ASIC services.
  • Goal-oriented and proven track record in customer development as well as strong desire to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Strong project management and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
