Key Account Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Development Manager to join our Marine Heat Transfer, RBM team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving sales in their defined area, working closely with local sales companies to support customer meetings and business strategies.
About the Role:
- Develop and improve sales in your designated area, focusing on GPHE, FWG, and WHE products for onboard ships.
- Collaborate with sales teams to set, follow-up, and report on business targets and actions.
- Gather market information to drive sales growth and stay ahead of competitors.
What You Need:
- University degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
- Willingness to travel within China (approximately 10-20% of time).
Compensation Package: We offer a competitive salary range of approximately ¥150,000 - ¥250,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic company with a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability.
