Key Responsibilities
The Key Account Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow volume, revenue, and share in assigned key accounts aligned with channel strategy. This includes:
- Negotiating CDA trading terms and developing implementation plans.
- Working with Territory Managers to plan key account initiatives and sales development objectives.
- Defining Growth Management Strategies for assigned accounts and collaborating with field sales teams to execute them.
- Driving national and regional coverage agendas for key accounts.
- BUILDING strong customer relationships and leveraging PepsiCo's business philosophy to increase sales.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese.
- A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in key account management.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think pragmatically.
- Multiple channel sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong selling skills and a professional attitude.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good English language skills and excellent computer skills.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
