About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned China Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team. This key position will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business in China.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in China's strategic planning cycle, providing support for the development of mid- and long-term strategic plans for the region.
  • Evaluate potential commercial partnerships to assess their alignment with our product portfolio.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence on trends, competitors, and commercial partnerships.
  • Communicate effectively with our global marketing team across multiple product lines, ensuring that regional market requirements are integrated into global R&D decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Business Development teams to achieve shared objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business management, strategic management, or marketing.
  • Proven corporate strategy experience, preferably within the healthcare industry and multinational corporations.
  • In-depth understanding of competitor dynamics and familiarity with health economics.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results and driving change.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is approximately 1,200,000 - 2,400,000 CNY per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
