Key Responsibilities

As a Strategic Business Development Specialist at DB Schenker, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and customer relationship management.

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our customer base.
  • Maintain close communication and collaboration with the Greater China Key Account team to leverage our expertise and customer relationships.
  • Provide critical information to support business development activities from the Global/Regional/Greater China key account team.
  • Work closely with network partners to develop and implement successful account strategies.
  • Collaborate with operational functions to ensure high-quality service delivery to our key account clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  • Solid business acumen and excellent knowledge of logistics services.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain management and its strategic and financial implications.
  • Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Working experience in China.
  • A bright, modest, and winning personality.
