Strategic Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities
As a Strategic Business Development Specialist at DB Schenker, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and customer relationship management.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand our customer base.
- Maintain close communication and collaboration with the Greater China Key Account team to leverage our expertise and customer relationships.
- Provide critical information to support business development activities from the Global/Regional/Greater China key account team.
- Work closely with network partners to develop and implement successful account strategies.
- Collaborate with operational functions to ensure high-quality service delivery to our key account clients.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
- Solid business acumen and excellent knowledge of logistics services.
- Deep understanding of supply chain management and its strategic and financial implications.
- Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Working experience in China.
- A bright, modest, and winning personality.
