Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, leading cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new opportunities, and analyzing data to optimize marketing and sales performance.

  • Develop local end-to-end leads management strategy and programs, including leads screening, scoring, nurturing, and lead conversion;
  • Drive and develop tailor-made leads management solutions based on BU's requests through marketing automation systems;
  • Analyze CRM & Leads-related data impact and identify opportunities to improve marketing and sales effectiveness continuously;
  • Utilize data and information available to monitor and assess CRM and leads transition performance and provide advice, suggestions, and potential solutions;
  • Browse through various data sources to generate insights and provide recommendations to enhance commercial operations;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing or sales-related roles;
  • Solid working experience in CRM usage and management, with Dynamics experience preferred;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across departments;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex problems clearly and provide constructive suggestions;
  • Highly self-motivated, open-minded, and hands-on attitude;
  • Good cross-cultural influence and communication skills;
  • Excellent English communication skills in written and oral formats;
