Our Mission

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Lead to join our team in Shanghai, China or Madrid, Spain. This full-time position will play a crucial role in developing and executing an integrated marketing plan to meet revenue targets and build brand awareness in the Greater China region.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our global messaging and goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing a market research plan to identify opportunities and threats in the Greater China region.
  • Collaborating with the global marketing team to develop marketing materials and ensure alignment with our global messaging.
  • Managing marketing agencies and coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing activities across various channels, including social media, digital advertising campaigns, Chinese website development, online & offline events, direct marketing campaigns, and marketing collaterals.
  • Evaluating the performance of all marketing activities and optimizing each channel's effectiveness to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Monitoring marketing leads in CRM to ensure healthy pipelines and generate quality marketing and sales leads.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent and a master's program from a recognized university or business school.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing/communications branding roles.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Solution-oriented and positive can-do attitude with innovative mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a formal requirement.

Salary Estimate

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The actual salary may vary based on individual circumstances.
