Job Description:

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive strategic growth and lead business development in the Greater China region. As Greater China Regional Director, Health Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing industry strategies that deliver profitable growth and expand market share.

The role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. You will collaborate with segment leaders to develop regional industry strategies and identify growth opportunities. Additionally, you will maintain high-level commercial relationships with key stakeholders and understand customer needs to tailor solutions that drive growth.

You will also act as the face of H&B in interactions with government bodies and industry associations, advocating for H&B's interests and contributing to shaping industry policies. Building strong networks and partnerships will be essential to achieving business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institute. An advanced degree, MBA, MSc, or equivalent is preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Commercial Sales or Business Development is required, with a proven track record within the Specialty Chemicals, Biosciences, or related industries.

International mindset, organizational leadership skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities are essential. Strategic vision, innovative thinking, business acumen, and ability to drive cross-functional teams are must-haves. Excellent presentation, storytelling, and negotiation skills are also required. Analytical mindset and ability to connect the dots, positivity, flexibility, resilience, and agile thinking will help you succeed in this role.
