This leadership position will oversee the development and implementation of digital transformation initiatives across various supply chain functions, focusing on analytics and data-driven decision-making.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies for digital transformation, and lead the implementation of new technologies and processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth through the effective use of data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies across supply chain functions
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the identification and prioritization of digital transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT and external suppliers to design and implement new technologies and processes
  • Drive the adoption of data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence throughout the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Technical, Business, or IT), Master's in Statistics, Data Science, Business or Supply Chain Management / Computer Science is preferred
  • 5+ years experience in analytics and data analysis
  • Project management experience, PM certification or CPIM certification is preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Strategic thinking: Ability to align digital transformation initiatives with business goals and objectives
  • Digital knowledge: Familiarity with cloud computing, AI, machine learning, GenAI, data analytics, and IoT
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to relay complex technical information to non-technical team members and stakeholders
  • Project management: Experience in leading global teams, including matrix assignments, project management skills in financial, schedule, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Innovation: Ability to innovate and think creatively to overcome challenges and drive transformation
  • Culture: Global work experience, working across regions, cultures, and virtual teams

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
