Job Summary

:

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Intern to join our team at HITACHI ENERGY SHANGHAI ELECTRICAL TRANSFORMER CO., LTD. The successful candidate will assist the quality team in their daily work, including document collation and data entry.

About You

:
  • You hold a college degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, machinery, or related fields.
  • You have strong hands-on ability, problem-solving skills, and can complete experimental tasks independently.
  • As a good team player, you can communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • You work conscientiously and responsibly, paying attention to details and being proficient in operating computers and office software.
  • Creative thinking, analytical skills, and organized work are also essential.
  • Strong English reading and writing skills are required, with a pass in CET-4 or CET-6.

The Role

:
  • Assist the quality team in their daily work, including document collation and data entry.
  • Participate in quality checks and tests, documenting relevant data and results.
  • Assist in the development and execution of quality control plans.
  • Follow up on the resolution of defects and problems to ensure product quality meets standards.
  • Collect and analyze quality-related data, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in quality training and knowledge sharing activities.
