Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager - Supplier Development
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the development and management of our supplier quality assurance program in Asia.
Job SummaryThis role involves rebuilding and managing the Supplier Quality Assurance team in Asia, ensuring compliance with JCI APAC or HGLS standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, selecting, and applying standard quality engineering principles and techniques to address assigned business problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Deploy and manage supplier metrics across the supply base to ensure compliance and performance.
- Support interactions with suppliers to resolve warranty issues and concerns effectively.
- Perform detailed supplier assessments to determine capability and intent for continuous improvement.
- Implement standard quality engineering practices to meet organizational requirements.
- Collaborate across functions to drive improvements and share best practices in supplier quality assurance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in supplier quality assurance or related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools such as ISO standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
