Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in quality management, with a strong background in electrical appliance manufacturing. They will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Main Responsibilities
- To develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet the required standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- To lead the quality assurance team in conducting regular audits and inspections of production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- To work closely with the production team to resolve any quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- To collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality policies and procedures are implemented effectively throughout the organization.
- To develop and maintain quality metrics and reporting systems to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- To conduct training and development programs for quality personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- To stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in quality management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in electrical appliance manufacturing.
- Proven track record of improving quality performance and implementing effective quality control procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Good working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality management standards.
