Senior Quality Assurance Professional

McCormick & Company, a leading manufacturer of spices and seasonings, is seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Professional to join our team.
We are offering an estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the RoleThe Senior Quality Assurance Professional will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products, working closely with internal teams to identify and implement improvements, and maintaining a strong relationship with customers and internal partners.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems and processes;
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives;
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials;
- Provide support to customers and internal stakeholders on quality-related matters;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role in a multi-cultural food manufacturing company;
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
