Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $120,000-$180,000 based on industry standards and location.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in project meetings (Innovation / Plug & Play / Renovation) for China as per the business growth aspirations.
- Drive Quality Agreement (ICQA: Inter Company Quality Agreement) and Quality Standard (CRQS: Consumer Related Quality Standards) between the selling and buying entity for commercialized goods.
- Perform audit & assessment for CM & Warehouse as per product standards and UL mandatory requirements, ensuring robust CAPA and timely closure.
- Support consumer/customer complaints and handle them with speed for closure.
- Support quality activities from warehouse operations.
- Develop and deploy quality systems (QMS/ SOPs/ processes) for various processes involving Quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams in China/ globally.
- Support other ad-Hoc Quality related topics/projects assigned by Line Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's/master's degree in quality assurance, science, food technology, medical sciences, etc., or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance + Quality Control experience, preferable in VMS/Foods/FMCG industry.
- Good English and Chinese language written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to demonstrate sound knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, Business processes, Quality Management Systems, HACCP & Food Safety.
- Prior auditing and developing Power BI experience shall be an added advantage.
- Dynamic and globally minded, self-starter personality.
- Fast-paced and comfortable working in an environment with tight deadlines and significant level of ambiguity and change.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, written, communication presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, excellent organization and time management skills.
- Superior negotiation and influencing skills.
- Fluent in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
