Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at McCormick & Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products, as well as maintaining a strong relationship with our customers and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
- Support the launch of new products, including evaluating food safety and quality risks, and preparing quality materials for testing.
- Provide quality support to customers, including complaint follow-up, demand feedback, and product quality file review and maintenance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal partners to promote continuous customer intimacy.
- Drive quality improvement of current products by coordinating with internal teams to take actions continuously.
- Manage product information databases and work closely with Plant QA and sales teams on product quality issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science or related field.
- Over 3 years of working experience in a multi-culture food manufacturing company.
- Strong coordination and communication skills for internal and external customers.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
