The Quality Assurance Program Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, providing expert guidance on policy interpretation and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures to guarantee compliance and high-quality services.
- Provide expertise on policy interpretation, regulatory and governmental regulations, and internal policies to ensure adherence.
- Collaborate with operating entities to analyze processes and enforce requirements and meet regulations.
- Lead audit preparation, resolution of findings, and liaison with auditing groups and inspectors throughout the audit process.
- Prepare reports and documentation, including Corrective and Preventative Actions, for stakeholders.
- Coordinate legal requests in support of government investigations or litigations.
- Maintain and modify quality assurance programs and policies regularly.
- Foster uniform global standards and facilitate best practice sharing to achieve company objectives worldwide.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree may substitute for experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
