Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Marriott International. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
About the RoleThis Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading quality assurance efforts across multiple properties, ensuring compliance with company and brand standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company and brand standards
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with operational leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction
- Provide training and coaching to employees on quality tools and processes
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
