The role involves developing new business opportunities, using a variety of sales methods and tools. You will discover, plan, and prospect new accounts to drive long-term success for our customers and our business.

Key responsibilities include educating and qualifying prospects about our transformative technology, creating opportunities for account executives through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling techniques, working closely with Account Executives to build a pipeline for our products, tracking and managing prospects through Salesforce.com, and participating in team meetings and activities to grow the business.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent customer service skills, oral and written communication skills, persuasive communication skills, attention to detail, a Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree a plus), experience in a customer-facing service industry, knowledge of Salesforce.com, and fluency in English and Chinese.
