Job DescriptionThis is a vital role in our Service Solution Sales Organization that aims to grow and prosper. The successful candidate will collaborate with sales and global teams to gather customer insights and align strategies. Additionally, they will work with Subject Matter Experts (SU) to develop localized service portfolios for market competitiveness.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with sales and global teams to gather customer insights and align strategies.
- Work with SU to develop localized service portfolios for market competitiveness.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win more connections.
- Evaluate alignment between sales initiatives and CSO delivery capabilities and differentiation.
- Analyze data to uncover insights and support Sales team to drive service business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Build partnerships and explore business opportunities through industry events.
- Strong analytical skills for market research and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Proven track record in growth and target achievement.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other scientific related field, Master's Degree in Marketing or MBA highly preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in chemical analysis, marketing, or sales.
- Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive estimated salary of $120,000 per annum.
- Option to work remotely 50% of the time.
- Travel required 50% of the time.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Shift: Day.
- Duration: No end date.
