Role Overview
The role of Partner Business Development Specialist is to assist in developing and implementing partner business strategies, policies, and processes. This includes developing and implementing certification and authorization processes for authorized partners, as well as assisting in the implementation of partner strategies in each region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement partner business strategies, policies, and processes.
- Develop and implement certification and authorization processes for authorized partners.
- Assist in implementing partner strategies in each region.
- Organize Certified Partner meetings and various trainings.
- Perform data analysis, prepare partner performance reports, and formulate insightful reports.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Good team player with 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Customer impact and strong learning & interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (both writing and reading).
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical, automation, business administration, or related subjects.
