Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Partnering Specialist to join our HR team in GCA. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving leadership, talent development, succession management, employee engagement, and other talent initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR business strategy and be able to implement global core talent programs and services. Key responsibilities include supporting the building and implementation of a talent strategy, cascading global key talent initiatives, and providing consultive skills on organization diagnosis and design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years progressive work experience in Talent Development/Learning & Development in a multinational company (MNC)
  • Experience in implementing HR tools and initiatives
  • Project management experience is desirable
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization is preferable
  • Accreditations in both individual and team psychometrics is desirable

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
