Strategic HR Business Partner for Talent Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify organizational capabilities and future talent needs.
  • Develop diverse talent pipelines and next-generation leaders through strategic HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Consultants and COE teams to implement global HR programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate and promote company purpose and culture to employees, designing HR programs to support company culture.
  • Lead efforts to implement global HR programs and adjust HR strategies to respond to changing business needs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university, with a Master's in Business Management preferred.
  • 8+ years of HR domain experience, with at least one specialized domain (C&B, OD, TD, ER, TA).
  • Multinational company experience, with a preference for the healthcare industry.
  • Support experience across multiple functions (R&D, Commercial, corporate functions).
  • Solid project experience as a core member or team lead in HR transformation, re-org, COE project design and roll-out, M&A, and strategic planning.
  • Effective communication and strong stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Strategic mindset and nimble learning.
  • Agility and collaboration.
