Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with employees, managers, and senior leaders to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Partner with Talent & Learning colleagues and HR Business Partners to shape and translate business needs into strategy.
  • Drive and implement China Talent & Learning strategy and key programs and projects, such as Succession, Performance Management, Career Development, Coaching & Mentoring, Retention Strategy, Internal Mobility, Leadership Development Programs, and Partner Relationships.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert and partner with Global People Development colleagues and external vendors to (re)design/introduce new learning programs as needed per business and People Development strategy.
  • Collaborate with other Talent & Learning teams across regions to share best practices and ensure continuity across multiple programs and teams.
