About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Account Strategist to join our team in the Critical Care Sales division at Edwards Lifesciences. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, providing expert knowledge of our entire product portfolio and competitor offerings to meet the needs of assigned accounts and the broader business. You will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with accounts, while also identifying areas of improvement to meet sales targets.

Your primary objective will be to build and maintain effective long-term relationships with assigned accounts, serving as a consultant to BU management and other stakeholders. You will require expertise in our entire BU product portfolio and competitor offerings, as well as an ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management.

Education and Experience

A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required, along with 8 years of progressive sales experience and extensive medical devices industry experience. A strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology relevant to EW medical products is also essential.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
