About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Excellence Strategist to join our team at Bureau Veritas Group. In this newly created position, you will drive and support China HBH&ENV sales while enhancing the capability of selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the China HBH&ENV Sales team on business reporting and on-demand business analysis.
  • Track and highlight potential risks in China HBH&ENV BU business health.
  • Oversee sales force management, sales process optimization, and develop sales matrices/index for strategic planning.
  • Partner with sales teams, aligned function teams, and operation teams to achieve business goals through daily communication and strategic negotiation.
  • Take ownership of sales operation projects assigned by the SBU Leader.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales operation role within a rapidly growing company.
  • Exceptional communication skills to distill complex topics into concise, actionable insights.
  • Expert-level Excel skills with the ability to develop insightful models and quantitative analysis.
  • Quick learner with a strong ability to adapt to new information.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is approximately ¥250,000 - ¥350,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
