  • Offer top-notch after-sales service, ensuring seamless order follow-ups, timely payment collections, and swift resolution of quality issues.
  • Maintain open communication with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to foster strong working relationships.
  • Participate in regular business meetings and contribute valuable insights to drive growth and success.
  • Collaborate with the International Account Department to stay informed about market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Support fellow team members during periods of absence or leave.

Requirements:

  • A degree from a reputable university.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with a preference for CET4 certification.
  • A strong sense of accountability, positivity, and active engagement.

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000-$100,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is subject to adjustments based on local cost-of-living factors.
