Job Description:
This role involves managing demonstration machines, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
You will work closely with sales teams to showcase products and features in various scenarios.
Responsibilities also include workshop duties, such as equipment inspection and maintenance, as well as after-sales business.
This includes product training for customers, regular preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, and responding to customer inquiries about service contracts.
You will be responsible for providing sales leads and customer feedback, submitting service records on time, and planning client visits efficiently.
The goal is to ensure the best experience for clients throughout the visit process.
You will focus on selling parts, consumables, and service contracts.
