Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to clients and partners via multiple channels, including online chat and ticketing systems.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes that improve customer satisfaction and product quality.
What You'll Bring:
- A strong educational background and 2-4 years of experience in customer support, SaaS companies, marketing, or related fields.
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to write and speak clearly and concisely.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous learning.
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude, with a strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn and grow.
