Conveyor Systems Specialist for Sales and Technical Support

At Intralox, we are seeking a skilled Conveyor Systems Specialist to provide technical support and sales expertise in China.
Job DescriptionThis role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions using our conveyor systems. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to travel frequently throughout mainland China, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in application engineering or a related field, a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and fluency in both Mandarin and English. Strong knowledge of conveyor systems, particularly in the tire and automotive industries, is also desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers through on-site visits, phone calls, and email correspondence.
- Develop and deliver customized conveyor system solutions to meet customer needs.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and product knowledge.
- Participate in trade shows and exhibitions as an ambassador for Intralox products.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in application engineering or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Strong knowledge of conveyor systems, particularly in the tire and automotive industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
