Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategist to join our team in Shanghai, China. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our sales and service network to meet the demands of our OEM partners. Your primary goal will be to boost parts sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet OEM partner requirements;">
  • Collect market dynamics and information to support sales policy and business planning;">
  • Maintain key customer relationships through regular communication and visits;">
  • Ccoordinate with OE Sales Divisions and other business units to achieve common goals;">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry. A bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role are required. Additionally, you should be fluent in English and have a good knowledge of Chinese.

Estimated Salary: ¥450,000 - ¥600,000 per annum
