As a Senior Sales Strategist for the China market, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our goal of becoming the leading provider of intelligence on commodities, energy, and maritime.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of 500+ talented individuals from 35+ countries worldwide. You will be responsible for collaborating closely with the Head of Sales China to strategize and plan on-the-ground tactical goals, including design and implementation strategies. You will also manage a growing team, coach them, and help everyone get the best out of themselves, creating a team environment where everyone feels part of it.

  • Closely collaborate with the China Head of Sales to develop strategic plans and implement tactics to achieve sales goals.
  • Manage a growing team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Work closely with other teams, such as Marketing, Product Specialists, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure seamless communication and alignment on client needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • +8 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Chinese market, with the ability to navigate its complexities and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability in senior stakeholder management and building high-level partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
