We are now expanding into the Chinese market, and we are seeking a talented Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts in this exciting new territory.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Sales, the Head of Marketing Communication/PR, and the wider Commercial team to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for China.

This includes adapting our global marketing strategy to meet the specific needs of the Chinese market, developing relationships with key opinion leaders in the media, and managing the content quality for external communication materials in China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with our brand values and goals
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the sales manager, regional business manager, and after-sales manager
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve marketing objectives
  • Coordinate with agencies to deliver multiple projects and drive results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and commercial best practices in marketing and communications

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of the Chinese market and culture
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
