About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Strategist to join our team at Novo Recruitment Solutions Pte Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Bi-Annual Sales Objectives: Establish sales objectives by forecasting and projecting expected sales revenue for assigned territories.
  • Analyze Sales Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Adjust Sales Strategies: Adjust sales strategies based on data-driven insights and market feedback to ensure optimal results.
  • Proactive Contact: Proactively contact agents, shipyards, ship owners, consultants, and prospective customers to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Commercial Offer Preparation: Prepare precise and clear commercial offers in accordance with tender requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess deep knowledge of business product offerings and value propositions.
  • Customer Guidance: Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients regarding marine products and services.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
  • New Business Opportunities: Create new sales opportunities through proactive strategies and engaging the market in early project phases.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Deep knowledge of marine products and services.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
