Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to join our team in this critical role. As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives consistent with business goals and profitability objectives.

You will prospect for new business and leads generation continually to build a pipeline to support future business growth. You will also use tools like forecasting and project management to effectively manage projects and improve margins.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above major in Life Sciences, a Master's degree is preferred
  • Has proven record of good sales performance in life science
  • Strong abilities on business development and key account management
