The Stevanato Group is a global leader in the design, manufacturing and sale of plastic systems for the pharma and diagnostic industries.
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Commercial office in Shanghai, working directly under the Head of Sales APAC.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to achieving double-digit annual sales growth for our plastic business, part of our pharmaceutical system division for the Asia Pacific region.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, leveraging their technical expertise and industry knowledge.
This involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or engineering
- At least 6-8 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the pharma and diagnostic industries
- Fluency in English and Italian, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in computer-aided selling tools, including MS Office and CRM software
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
