Job Summary
We seek a Sales Performance Strategist to present, close, and service sales of Polartec products to present and potential customers in East Asia, in accordance with assigned revenue and margin objectives as well as development of new market objectives.
Responsibilities
• Identify opportunities to meet annual sales and profit goals and company mid-term objectives.
• Execute successful sell-in plan in accordance with go-to-market plans for assigned accounts territory.
• Maintain unrivaled knowledge of territory, customer line plans, Polartec product line, and overall competitive dynamic within assigned markets.
• Provide market and customer insight to product creation process.
• Provide accurate updates throughout the selling cycle to inform forecasts and support customer service of booked orders.
• Submit accurate and timely reports of sales activity, customer service issues, and follow through on assigned initiatives.
• Attend sales meetings and trade shows; make effective presentations to customers and colleagues.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of related sales experience.
• Travel within China required.
• Additional travels to US and Europe required.
