Strategic Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to support clinical education and drive PCT run rate growth with partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor customer satisfaction and drive improvements through data-driven insights.
• Design and implement co-marketing campaigns, joint account plans, and tailored training programs to drive business growth.
• Work closely with license partners to prioritize demand, project design, and execution, ensuring alignment with market needs.
• Leverage clinical expertise to reinforce competitive advantage and drive business growth.
• Analyze customer feedback and satisfaction to inform product development and support documentation.
• Collaborate with product management and global marketing teams to develop promotion strategies that drive business outcomes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as IVD and clinical education.
• 5+ years of professional experience in IVD sales and/or product management, with a strong understanding of immunoassay markets and clinical laboratory quality management.
