We are seeking an experienced professional to drive sales activities with our branches and improve sales productivity in key accounts.
Job Description
Sales Enhancement and Key Account Management
The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing local sales execution in key channels (50%) by driving initiatives to improve sales productivities at ground level.
This includes:
- Implementing promotion and training initiatives with local teams
- Driving relationship development with key account sales functions
In addition, the role requires improving key account satisfaction (50%) by establishing good communication with key accounts at all levels with timely response.
The ideal candidate will work closely with local teams to achieve joint targets of key accounts and establish joint business plans.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- University graduate or above, preferably in Marketing and Economics
- Over 8 years of related experience in the insurance industry, with a background in sales promotion or marketing
- In-depth knowledge of responsible products/areas
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Creativity and innovative thinking
- Good communication capabilities with proficiency in English and Chinese
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We also provide opportunities for career growth and professional development.
