Strategic Business Growth Manager

A key role for a Strategic Business Growth Manager has become available at Ash (China) Holding Co.
About the Position:The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop a comprehensive growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction through thorough market analysis and research.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify new markets and customer needs, analyzing industry trends and competitor activity.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, building relationships and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Promote the company's products/services by addressing or predicting clients' objectives and delivering tailored solutions.
- Develop collaborative projects with potential customers, aligning their goals with our offerings.
- Collect, analyze, and share key findings of competitive information with the sales team to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Regularly train the sales team on product USPs and the latest applications/technologies to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Possibly conduct customer webinars on Ashland products to educate and engage target audiences.
- Be prepared for away travel between 30% to 40%, interacting with clients and attending industry events as necessary.
- Develop a robust opportunity pipeline for future business growth, identifying new revenue streams and opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A background in pharma, preferably with an MBA degree for added advantage.
- A minimum of 15 years of successful technical selling experience in pharma excipients.
- Established network of industry contacts, with a strong ability to prospect and network at accounts.
- Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with all levels of an organization.
- Ability to relate to all levels in an organization, fostering collaboration and understanding.
- Experience in Key Account Management, driving growth and revenue.
This Strategic Business Growth Manager position offers a highly competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
