Job Overview

The LEGO Group is a leader in the toy industry, and we're seeking a Strategic Channel Growth Manager to join our team.

This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to drive growth through channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure synergy and coherence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Strategy Development: Develop and execute channel growth strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Customer Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a professional team to deliver results and achieve business goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing: A degree in business or marketing is required, preferably with a focus on strategy or channel management.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Proven understanding of business principles and operations, with experience in channel management or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, lead a team, and drive results.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
