Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Development Manager to join our South Region team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal expertise to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute territory-specific strategies, build relationships with key customers, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform regional channel planning and development;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers;
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share;
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, inventory levels, and customer interactions;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
  • Evaluate and optimize existing channel relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or channel development;
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines;
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools;
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
