Channel Trading Optimization Manager

Purpose and Scope:
The Channel Trading Optimization Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting Omni-channel all-season inventory utilization and all-season operations to drive top-line sales, ensure profitability, and maximize inventory productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze all-season forecasting for stock sharing across all channels.
- Deliver ongoing product and category performance and quantitative analysis.
- Estimate and prepare event inventory by channels and buckets to achieve sales targets.
- Trigger re-order and speed-order discussions for all channels.
- Monitor returns and provide inputs for Franchise take-back.
Key Relationships:
OMB Planning, Inline Buying, Allocation, Channel Operations, etc.
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and actionable process and performance frameworks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering result-driven recommendations.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in supervisory roles in Retail Merchandising or related environments.
