O2O Channel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled O2O Channel Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our O2O team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing O2O channel expansion strategies aligned with our brand's development strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and optimize O2O channel expansion strategies to enhance brand coverage and market share across all channels.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with platforms, third-party service providers, and offline retailers.
- Conduct in-depth market trend, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations for the brand.
- Leverage both online and offline resources to plan and execute effective marketing campaigns, enhancing brand awareness, customer loyalty, sales performance, and optimize RTB/CPD efficiency.
- Work with customer marketing managers, region RTM managers, brand managers, and media managers for multifunction matters related to strategy development, online and offline channel expansion, and activity design, execution & review, budget management, and spending reimbursement.
- Lead and manage the O2O team, including training, evaluation, and motivation of team members, fostering a high-performing and professional team culture.
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 7 years of working experience
- New retail platform or EC/O2O operation background
- Mature customer service/sales experience
- Sensitive to business data
