Key Responsibilities


Develop and maintain effective sales channels and connections with new entities, including CEPP companies, clubs, associations, and agents to achieve customer acquisition targets;

Analyze market information and competitors' moves to recommend marketing campaigns and product launches to management and internal departments for decision-making and improvement;

Engage regional sales teams to explore and solicit potential customers to ensure achievement of quality customer acquisition targets;

Manage budgets to organize localized sales events and achieve effectiveness targets;

Collaborate with the CVM proposition team and leverage marketing campaigns and OMA resources to ensure target achievement;

Monitor sales results of related channel events.

Requirements


Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience in channel development and customer acquisition;

Strong customer service orientation, good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
