Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Development Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage national-level food service channel relationships with key customers, including major chain tea shops, bakery chains, ice cream chains, coffee shops, and Western-style fast food chains.
  • Negotiate and manage national or regional contracts, promotions, marketing plans, and event execution with customer headquarters.
  • Develop and implement product development and expansion plans for key clients in collaboration with company and third-party R&D resources.
  • Establish and manage client development lists and processes, organizing visits to existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and submit short-term and long-term sales plans and targets, as well as sales strategies, to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain key client relationships with procurement departments, R&D departments, and marketing departments to ensure high-quality service and improve client satisfaction.
  • Plan and manage client cooperation models, handle daily management of direct suppliers and indirect distributors.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and managing key client relationships.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in food service key client development and management or product development and application.
  • Strong learning ability, including rapid understanding of products and channels.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as market insight.
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills, able to adapt to pressure and achieve targets.
