We are seeking a strategic and proactive leader to join our organization as Business Development Leader - China Channel. In this role, you will lead our sales and customer account management activities in the Home Consumption (HC) channel, ensuring high-quality customer service and issue resolution.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to retain and expand current customer relationships in HC Channel, focusing on creating enduring relationships and promoting growth.
  • Engage with clients to identify business requirements, prepare proposals, and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions.
  • Oversee business development activities, including forming alliance/partnership networks, and providing thought-leadership for the entire bottling system on consistent and systematic growth and collaboration agenda with HC customers.

About Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in the consumer goods industry and sales/marketing or major account management.
  • 10+ years' experience managing professional sales teams, demonstrating strong leadership and team management abilities.
