Job Description:
    As a Global Business Development Leader at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited Hangzhou Branch, you will be responsible for leading a team of Seller Consultants who help sellers in China launch global businesses and reach Amazon customers worldwide. You will identify potential business opportunities, define the vision, set direction, and go-to-market strategies to drive Amazon's Flywheel.

Key Responsibilities:
    Sell Your Strategy, develop performance objectives and goals, and spearhead ad-hoc projects to improve customer experience and seller recruitment results. Explore scalable business development approaches and tactics to drive seller growth, monitor progress against goals, and respond to changes in seller communities and Amazon marketplaces overseas. Identify customer experience improvement areas and work with cross-functional teams to enhance seller success.

Requirements:
    Strong business development skills with 8+ years' experience in sales, business development, or business operation, and 3+ years' experience in building and leading a high-performing team. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to influence, develop, and empower members to achieve their best with a team approach. Strategic thinker with excellent data analysis and analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
