Global Business Development Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Seller Consultant to join our team in Shanghai or Shenzhen. As a key member of our China team, you will play a vital role in helping businesses launch their global operations on the Amazon platform.
With over 300 million active customer accounts worldwide, including 200 million+ Prime customers, Amazon offers unparalleled opportunities for growth and development. Key Responsibilities- Develop targeted seller recruitment plans by working backwards from customer selection needs
- Support newly joined sellers in quickly landing and developing on the Amazon platform, guiding them to drive feature adoption and improve customer experience
- Analyze seller performance, provide recommendations on positioning, selection, pricing, sales, and advertising operations
- Gain a deep understanding of assigned categories, including market trends, category insights, competition landscapes, and overall ecosystems
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive overall strategy, providing seller voices to enhance seller and customer experiences
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- 5+ years of sales or marketing experience (e.g., e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Proficiency in Excel and/or other data analysis tools
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
- Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically with high attention to detail, operational excellence, and ability to multi-task
- Team player with strong persuasion skills able to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment, lead by influence, and earn trust at all levels
- Good analytical skills; demonstrated ability to interpret data and make business recommendations
- Genuine and intense customer focus
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Oversea education/work experience or MBA are preferred
- Strong data analysis skills
- Flexibility to work across multiple time-zones in multiple languages
