Job Overview:

This role leads investigation efforts in China and the APAC region, ensuring timely and efficient investigations. You'll analyze data to measure trends related to ethics and compliance, manage effective reporting avenues, and partner with stakeholders to resolve compliance matters.

Responsibilities:

Investigations:

  • You'll investigate ethics and compliance issues, conducting interviews and compiling thorough reports.
  • Maintain independence and objectivity throughout the process.
  • Utilize your understanding of business ethics and Valvoline Global policies to develop recommendations that reinforce our values.
  • Interpret investigation data trends and present findings to leadership.

Ethics and Compliance Program:

  • You'll oversee local implementation of Valvoline Global's ethics and compliance program.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to increase awareness of ethics and compliance.

Training and Development:

  • Provide training on Valvoline Global policies and procedures.
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for new hires.

Policy Management:

  • Help manage and track local policies for compliance with company-wide policies.
