Ethics Director

Join Applied Materials as an Ethics Director and become a key member of our Global Litigation & Compliance team. This is an outstanding opportunity to promote business ethics and compliance in the areas of anti-bribery, anti-corruption, anti-fraud, and conflicts of interest. As an Ethics Director, you will be responsible for analyzing compliance-related laws and regulations, conducting and advising on compliance risk assessments, and leading compliance evaluations and approvals.

  • Continually analyze compliance-related laws and regulations applicable to the company and their impact on strategy and operations.
  • Serve as a regional subject matter expert and provide proactive and reactive counsel and guidance to regional executive teams and leaders regarding compliance issues.
  • Conduct and advise on compliance risk assessments, audits, and due diligence reviews.
  • Drive awareness around compliance issues in the region, including developing and delivering training, communicating company policies, and overseeing regional awareness campaigns.

This is a full-time position that requires strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and impeccable integrity. You will be responsible for promoting a culture of compliance and ethics, and for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
